I'm back after about a month break and I have quite a lot to post, so hopefully everyone will come back to see my next few posts.
Recently I opened one of those $19.99 boxes of the new 2012 Topps. (I can never really remember what there are called, hobby boxes?) I must say all the inserts they put in are really awesome. I still have to crop the pictures of the other cards. This post will be kind of short since they are not cropped but I did get one cropped so far and it was the special Historical Patch inserts. I pulled a Ryne Sandberg one which was pretty awesome!
If you didn't know he played for the Cubs for his whole career except for his rookie year in which he played for the Phillies, he was drafted by the Phillies in 1978. There is plenty more about him if you don't know, for the majority I'd say most people know a lot about him.
Awesome pull Schuyler! And I call them blaster boxes, while others call them retail boxes. Doesn't really matter

ReplyDeleteI kind of like term "hobby boxes" because thats all i ever get.
ReplyDeleteHobby boxes are the ones that are sold exclusively at card shops or online via blowout cards or something. Typically, they have better odds or getting inserts, relics and autos. More packs, more cards.
ReplyDeleteoh alright. I'm still a little shaky on these terms, I will get it eventually. hahaha
